Attorneys
Terry Peterson
Terry has a great deal of courtroom experience. He has spent the last 26 years as a personal injury attorney litigating cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. Terry knows how to be effective and how to fight hard to protect his clients’ rights.
Terry worked as an attorney for two large insurance companies and was discouraged at what he felt was only a pursuit of numbers and dollars. He understood that people needed help getting their lives put back together and decided he was working on the wrong side of the table. He had dealt with Fred Soucie in his insurance work and respected the way he treated his clients and used his unmatched legal skills. It was an easy choice when Fred asked him to join the firm.
An avid outdoorsman, Terry shares his love of nature with others as a leader in the Boy Scouts. He serves as the Assistant Scoutmaster for a troop in Little Canada, MN, the vice chair for the Northwest District for the Northern Star Council and the Council's vice chair of camping. Terry and his lovely wife, Patti Jo, live in Little Canada with their three exceptional children. Terry and his family enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, canoeing and spending time at their cabin in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
